This is where we are going to gather together the best policies we can dream up, with no regard at all for how 'realistic' they are,
or how achievable. This collection will be deliberately utopian. This page will change frequently as items are added and as we arrange them in order of
wonderfulness. Anything which drops off this list will still be found in the archive; that way the average 'quality' of items here will grow and the list won't
end up being four thousand lines long. Of course, you, yes you, are invited to compile and publish on your own websites or anywhere else, your own version
of what you consider the best ideas. That is a large part of the whole plan, the free sharing and growth of ideas.
